We believe that each one of us is unique. We chose the name Strive High because we have learned that to find one’s authentic voice in the world, we must work at it! Strive for us stands for, students teaching respect integrity values and equality. You are never to old to be a student of life. It is an ongoing process. Strive High is about learning skills to gain control of one’s mind, emotions and life! We all struggle. We all hurt. We all have insecurities. It’s normal to feel lost, lonely or insufficient. Confidence can be developed and strengthened through self-reflection, positive experiences, and personal growth. We are here to be your support and community.
WHY WE DO IT:
Everyone needs to start somewhere.
•Accomplishing your goals or setting goals. If you don’t have your own goals you’ll be striving for someone else’s definition of success
•Realizing the power of your mind and the freedom to choose the life you want
•Tapping into your emotional intelligence

LIFE COACH, TRANSFORMATIONAL COACH, PERSONAL TRAINER, YOUTH COACH/MENTOR
Theresa graduated with her Bachelors in Fine Arts, Stage and Screen Acting and a minor in psychology. Followed by a life coaching certification and a personal training and nutrition certificate. She has created oppurtunites for young woman from grade 1-12th for over a decade. She is originally from Seattle WA and played basketball competitively for 12 years and acted professionally in Europe and Los Angeles.
She has coached girls from all levels and all walks of life. Theresa started because she saw a lack of empowerment skills and resources provided in schools and work places and decided to start a program where self love could be used as an action word. Theresa's main goal when working with anyone is to empower the individual to become their own coach and mentor.
